Made in the traditional manner from wild rowan berries, traditional with venison and seasonal game, this distinctive preserve brings the bittersweet flavours of the wild countryside to your table.
Bramble Cottage jellies are bright, translucent and jewel-like. We use fruits picked from the wild together with our own locally grown produce to craft jellies in the traditional way. Every product is 100% natural and free from artificial colours or additives. Each small batch is made using carefully developed recipes that highlight the rich flavours of the finest countryside produce.
