Cancellations

Order cancellations must be in writing to Bramble Cottage Foods by post or email before dispatch. Any items already dispatched must be returned at the purchaser’s cost.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they are in original condition with packaging intact. Returns must be at the purchaser’s cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Items Damaged in Transit

Our jams, jellies, chutneys and gift sets are carefully packed to high standards. However, breakages can occur during transit.

If goods arrive damaged, defective, not as described, or faulty, we will exchange or provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damage and packaging to help investigate the issue.

Gift Sets

Gift sets containing glass jars require special care. Please inspect immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged.
