Here we are boiling up our latest harvest of crab apples. It’s been a superb harvest from our orchard this year. The colour of the jelly is fabulous.
The sweet-tart flavour makes this jelly a delicious spread for buttered toast or pancakes, a great addition to desserts and gravies, or as a glaze for roasted meats.
